We do process every order individually via email or other communication services so we don't keep a base of registered users within our website and do not collect any payments via website as well.
What information do we collect and how do we use it?
- We need your email address to process your order and keep you updated about it. This—together with your first name or nickname—is the information we save in our offline databases with order details after you purchased items are recieved. These we may use to keep track of your purchases and thus to offer additional regular customer discounts based on these data.
- If you've subsribed to any of our newsletters we will send rare email messages about our new dolls, major website updates, exhibitions we take part in or changing to terms of processing for the future orders and preorders. - We request and use your shipping information only to send your parcel, and save it only in the form of invoices we need to keep for our bookkeeping. The only part of it we use for statisctical purposes is the country or state your order was mailed to.
